The Highlands Host team offers complimentary service to all winter guests.  We sincerely want to ensure that your experience getting to and being on our slopes is the best it can be.  Our dedicated Host team awaits your visit, and you can expect the following services as our valued guest:
 

• Arrival greeting and assistance unloading/transporting equipment from your car in the Day Lodge Circle Drive.
• Suggestions and directions for purchasing your daily and/or multi-day lift ticket.
• Assistance obtaining ski, snowboard, and snowshoe rental equipment
• Introduction to our Snow Sports Academy, and its many lesson, clinic, and kids camp options.
• Directions to all resort activities, and even a personal escort to the chairlift for your first ride of the day, so your fun can begin.
• Mountain tours and introduction to Highlands’ 430 skiable acres, including what is often recognized as the best intermediate terrain in the Midwest.
