Since 1963, the Highlands Ski Patrol, in partnership with the National Ski Patrol (NSP), has been dedicated to service and safety on the slopes. Our volunteer team of over 75 patrollers and 50 hosts works tirelessly to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for every guest.

Who We Are

We’re a diverse group of outdoor enthusiasts—engineers, EMTs, teachers, firefighters, physicians, and more—united by a passion for skiing and helping others. Every patroller completes rigorous training in Outdoor Emergency Care, skiing, and toboggan handling.

To promote safety, provide emergency care, and support the outdoor recreation community through education and leadership.
