Become a Host

Hosts are the friendly faces in the green jackets — often the first people guests meet at The Highlands. It’s a great way to spend your winter days on the mountain, sharing the place you love with others.

What hosts do

  • Greet arriving guests at the Day Lodge circle drive and help with their equipment
  • Point guests to lift tickets, rentals and the Snow Sports Academy
  • Help with resort directions and escort guests to the chairlift for their first ride
  • Lead mountain tours of The Highlands’ 435 skiable acres

Who we’re looking for

Confident intermediate or better skiers who know the mountain, enjoy meeting people and like helping guests have a great day. Hosts work weekends and holidays, 8:45 AM to 3:00 PM.

Season commitment

  • Part-time hosts work 11 shifts a season.
  • Full-time hosts work 22 shifts a season.
